In addition to breakfast & morning/afternoon tea, a nutritious lunch is provided each day prepared onsite by our chef, Justin.

Justin has had many years of professional experience and training. Through knowledge and collaboration, he has developed a range of meals that are both popular and highly nutritious.
Meals are prepared based on seasonal availability, weather and at the chef’s discretion.
Specific food allergies/intolerances are acknowledged and alternative ingredients/meals are provided for medically diagnosed allergies upon request.
Children are encouraged to eat at the specified meal-times however, healthy food (bananas/sandwiches etc.) are available on request as would happen in most homes.
The following Menu Plan is a rough guide to the meals that are provided on an ongoing basis.

Menu Plan
Thai Yellow Tofu Curry over rice – tofu, cauliflower, carrot, onion, coconut cream, potato, peas
Spaghetti Bolognese – tomato, red lentils, onion, textured vegetable protein, red capsicum with spaghetti and grated cheese.
Pizza—pita/yiros bread base with varied toppings such as tomato, corn, cheese, onion, mushrooms, olives, pineapple and capsicum.
Dhal & Rice – lentils, potato, peas, onion, cauliflower served with yogurt
Hearty Vegetable Soup –seasonal vegetables, lentils, split-peas served with crusty bread
Napolitana Linguini – Rich tomato sauce with pureed vegetable/legumes served on a bed of pasta and grated cheese.
Pita Bread Tacos – pita bread pockets stuffed with frijole (spicy bean sauce), guacamole, salad and grated cheese
Vegetable Mornay – Cauliflower, cheese, milk, carrots, pumpkin, corn, peas, onion served on a bed of mashed potato.
Chick-pea and Basil Spiralli – Chilli, garlic, basil, chickpeas, onion and capsicum served with spiral pasta and grated cheese.
Vegetable Pasty Slice – potato, parsnip, carrot, pumpkin, spinach and cheese wrapped in flaky puff pastry and served with tomato sauce.
